Her name, Dotun, translates to “renew” or “become new” in Yoruba language, which is a reflection of her commitment to helping clients renew their perspectives and co-create pragmatic solutions that can be easily sustained, regardless of their lifestyles.
With varied treatment approaches to her clients’ concerns, Dotun Ogunfowora provides compassionate support for clients of all ages and in all walks of life. She has a comprehensive understanding of psychology and common mental health complaints. Dotun consistently upholds her responsibilities to her clients, providing them with insight and support as they navigate unique challenges and circumstances.

Sophie Wong, MC is a certified canadian counsellor. She is committed to assisting clients in their learning journey. Navigating through their experiences and obstacles in a space of acceptance and hope.
Recognizing that everyone is on their unique walk of life, Sophie works with her clients through the most suitable therapeutic treatment for their needs. She has 15 years of extensive experiences championing Human Resources, Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Women in Leadership in both public and private organizations. As an advocate for growth and development, Sophie would like to support her clients in creating meaningful change.

Madison Fai, MC is a Certified Canadian Counsellor. She has an extensive background in education sector, working with adolescents and adults to discover their inner strength and navigate life's challenges. Madison believes that "story follows state." This means is that each individual's story and their emotional states are connected, hence, it is important to understand emotional states as life stories unfold in transformative ways.
Madison works with her clients in co-regulating, and creating a safe and supportive environment to facilitate self-discovery, personal growth and freedom. She walks alongside her clients as they collaboratively uncover strengths and resources to manage obstacles and create a meaningful life.

Carolyn Kesler is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. By integrating her practical knowledge and passion for therapeutic collaboration, Carolyn is committed to
providing a safe space where clients can explore a variety of life challenges and personal goals.
Carolyn believes in the power of deepening awareness to build effective coping strategies, confidence, and resilience. She will provide unwavering support for individuals from all walks of life
and will ensure a non-judgemental space for clients of all comfort levels.
Norman Paul Desipeda, BA
Paul is currently completing his master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, practicing under the clinical supervision of a qualified practicum supervisor. He has worked extensively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, supporting clients with complex mental health and developmental needs. Paul brings a wealth of experience from his background in early childhood services, neurodiverse interventions, and school and family counselling.
Paul believes each client is the expert of their own story and is passionate about helping them leverage their unique strengths to create meaningful change. He takes a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach, tailoring his methods to meet the needs of each individual.
